Trained at the Asheville Center For Massage And Natural Health, I am also a Certified Thai Practitioner trained under Michael Sitzer, and with further advanced training at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand under Thai teachers. Being a life-long poet, I’m honored to bring my love ancient Chinese and Japanese poetry, and the knowledge of the tensions and stresses of creativity, into my massage practice, infusing sessions with a deep sense of awareness, creativity and caring. I have an integrative range of techniques to provide and give the people who come to me a deep and nourishing experience.

Traditional Floor Thai
Sessions At $65
Thai massage is an ancient dynamic style that embodies yoga-like postures, assisted stretching, tractions, compressions, acupressure and energy-line work, performed on a soft floormat with clients fully clothed. Clients come out of Thai sessions feeling vibrant, limber, and yet relaxed, and are much more energized the next day. Thai sessions usually last from an hour and a half to two hours, depending on your availability and needs. I also offer mobile Thai services which come to you if you have a good space to do a session. Call for an appointment. (715) 331-9165
Table Thai
Sessions At $65
Table Thai is ideal for those who are more comfortable with the accessibility and ease of a traditional massage table. This is an image from when I was volunteering Table Thai Massage right after the Hurricane. Thai table sessions usually last an hour to hour and a half or longer depending on your needs. Thai takes place fully clothed. It is best to wear clothing you would wear for a yoga class. I am also offering mobile Thai services that come to you if you have an adequate space for a session. I’m so honored to be able to offer Thai Massage and Integrative Table Massage infusing sessions with care and creativity. One of my great passions is working with creative artists: musicians, dancers, writers and painters, and working to help people alleviate the stresses caused by sustained body-postures, repetitive motions, and the tensions and tightness caused through the intensity of creativity and performance. It’s so important for me to be able to offer such healing experiences to people at a price and session flexibility where they can experience all the benefits of these amazing art forms more often and make it a regular part of their lives. Presently I have a studio in West Asheville and also offer mobile Thai services which come to you if you have an adequate space at your home or workplace.
